Special Requests
Sometimes there are some things you may not see, but you wish you could see (but then they probably wouldn’t be Special Requests!). So for those occasions when you don’t see what you are looking for, we encourage Special Requests. Ask, and we will probably say it can be done. Not always, but most likely, it can be done.
This is why Special Requests are available. Almost anything can be done. If you would prefer just to have a poem put on paper with a photograph in the background, I can do that. It can be printed and put in a frame, or not, or it could be put on a coffee mug or even on a T-shirt. We can make them bigger or smaller (to some extent), and we can ship directly to your intended recipient.
Just ask. Most likely, it can be done! I will do my best to accommodate your special request.
Please go to our Contact page and send an email describing what you would like to do, and I will let you know. Because the special requests will not be “in-stock” items, please allow additional time for us to be able to satisfy your request. Also, I will ask for advance payment on custom or special orders (such as etched pieces which involve personalization). On Commissioned Pieces, generally I ask for a $100 retainer to start the writing process, and full payment before we actually etch the piece. See the Commissioned Poems pages.
Etched pieces and Commissioned Poems are not returnable and not refundable. They have been specially created, and because they are personalized, they are not able to be resold. A proof will be provided to you before final etching, and your approval will be required. Returns or refunds will not be allowed.
