We all need friends. And we need to be a friend.
People are social animals. We need conversation. We need ideas.
We need to know that we are on the right path. We need affirmation. We need people to support us sometimes.
We need to support others sometimes.
We need family, and family needs us too.
We need to be needed. It gives us credibility to ourselves.
We need friends.
Because sometimes it takes someone not in the family to give us feedback and guidance.
To support us. To be an ear. To be a whisper in our ear.
And we need to be friends to others. Because they sometimes need us to be an ear. To be a whisper in their ear.
Be an ear. Be a whisper. Be a friend.
